Jupyter book integration #40

Set up book, took away code, and included figures. Index of cross-validation is not human readable, but I couldn't find a good way to fix it.

Whoops! I deleted the old report too soon! The bibliography hasn't been integrated yet. Since I moved the location of the .ipynb file under report I didn't have to deal with those merges. We'll need to revert to a previous commit
