Figure Captions in the Report #53

When rendering the.Rmd file to Github Document, the figure captions (encoded as a chunk option) does not show below each figure. In the rendered Github Document, the figure captions only show only when you hover your cursor over the figure.

I think we have addressed this issue, hence I am closing it.
