Milestone 4: Addressing Feedbacks and Building Makefile

Peer Review Feedback

Overall pretty simple tasks! We should watch out for merge conflict since it seems like it will require a lot of file location movements and rearrangements.

File Naming and Navigations (@iris0614 by Tuesday)

• [x] Improvement in File naming.
• [x] Delete unnecessary files (PDF reports and extra.)
• [x] Create a dedicated results folder to store all CSV files and figures created from running the full scripts.

Script Improvements (@korayt by Thursday)

• [x] Add additional metrics such as AUC-ROC curve and Precision-Recall curve to more clearly state the results and discuss more on the problems of our results.
• [x] Change pyteset implementation. No tests seem to have ran when tried running pytest from root terminal.
• [x] Reduce repeated functions. For example: download_data.py should import load_data from load_data.py instead of redefining the function load_data inside download_data.py. (load_data function was initially created by @korayt . If you have any questions on this, reach out to @korayt ).

Edit Figures (@shawnhu444 by Thursday)

• [x] Change the name of the figure 1 and 2 as they seem to have the same name. (Jupyterbook was built by @jlee2843 . Reach out to @jlee2843 if you have any questions.)
• [x] Add in title for figure 4.
• [x] Edit the subplots for figure 1 for easier interpretations. Add more columns rather than having it vertically linear in 1 column. (Plot 1 was made by @shawnhu444 . Reach out to @shawnhu444 if you have any questions.)

README Improvements (@jlee2843 by Thursday)

• [x] No File Consumption Order section.
• [x] Distinguish between different notebooks that exists between notebooks folder.
