Final Report #11

Hi all, I have submitted a pull request for the first draft of the final report. Please review the written components and review/edit. I will submit a subsequent pull request with the EDA pngs attached.

The updated version that includes all functionalities has been uploaded.

Please refer to this comment: Completed embedding all plots, parameterization and final conclusion in Rmd file.

It should render in the command line with this following command: markdown::render("doc/final_report.Rmd", params=list(results_dir_path: '../results')).

The parameter has been added in case the hypothesis test object are saved in a sub folder. If so, it can be referenced as a directory.
