The main components of this makefile as of now include separate commands for:
-getting the data from the URL
-cleaning the data
-converting the EDA into a PDF
-generating figures for EDA
-creating the hypothesis test objects
Need to add:
-final rendering of the report
-combine all steps into an all command
-proper commenting/usage notes
