Created Makefile dependency diagram #31

I made some changes to the Dockerfile as I ran into some issues downloading the python dependencies using Anaconda. Instead I have used conda-forge and it seems to work. Please verify this. Thank you!

Added an environment file based on the recommendation by the TA.
