Please make sure the CSV files were created correctly

I looked at the preprocess file, it works fine but it's a little bit hard to run. Ideally, if you can make it similar to the download_data.py with docopt.
You should add the .csv file at the end, e.g ../data/processed/X_train.csv.
You also don't need to commit .DS files, it's Mac specifics
