Missing vals body #37

Function body and tests are done and ready to be reviewed and merged.

It's interesting that I pulled the latest updates to my local computer and switched to your branch missing_vals_body, I'm not able see the function body and the testing file in the branch. Not sure if it's only issue from my end.

I went to the files changed tab and copied the function body and tests to my local computer, I ran pytest with no issue. The function body and test functions indicated in the files changed tab look good to me.
