update for milestone 2 #14

what i have done:

  1. add the makefile
  2. add include_graphics() to read in the figure in .Rmd

what else left:

  1. add fig.cap in the code chuck to add figure caption
  2. solve issue for milestone 1
  3. add issues from peers' feedback

Good work, I will add issues from peer feedback and work on them, in addition to finishing what's left
