Updated the third script and fourth script #5

  1. third script: I delete the original third script (create_CIplot.R) and add the new one called summerized_data.R
  2. fourth script: I updated one called analyze_data.R

You might also need to delete create_CIplot.R on your own repo and locally. I didn't upload the output files for these two files, but you will those when you run the usage: Rscript line under each script file.
