added 2 plots to show the mon wed and tues thursday #16

I added 2 new plots separated by Tues Thu and Mon Wed.

I don't have time but I was hoping to overlay the density plots Mon wed with the Thursday Tuesday data but also have the faceting for the mode of transport present
