Teamwork #42

Hi @UBC-STAT/stat545 TA's! I've put together a proposed teamwork document -- a document describing how we will work as a team.

Can we undergo a review process for this document via this pull request? So, please comment and propose changes as you see fit. The idea is to set up a working environment that makes everyone feel empowered to be part of the team, and that's why I'd like your input -- I doubt I've covered everything or written everything in a way that's agreeable to everyone.

Once we get this document to a state where everyone approves, I'll go ahead and merge this PR -- but, in reality, this is a living document that should evolve as we figure out better ways of working together.

Just added the point on google calendar -- not sure if this is ideal for everyone, though.

Needs level of authority for Week guidance specification

Add that the person who previously did a task will be the reviewer for the next week (with each category)

Week guidance will be reviewed by the person delivering the lecture (probably Vincenzo)
