Description of the task

Create a wrapper around SSL simulator robot to communicate using the SSL Simulation protocol: https://github.com/RoboCup-SSL/ssl-simulation-protocol

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] can communicate using SSL Simulation protocol
• [ ] linked to the callbacks in the SSL Simulation robot
