[ ] Package python dependencies together using Pypackage
[ ] Create whole application Debian package using ROS2 guide
[ ] Verify Debian package compatibility with Docker containers
[ ] Or try using pyinstaller to turn whole application into .exe
[ ] Rosdep Package Manifest
