[ ] Use profiling tools for C++ and complete the timing functions (std::chrono, rclcpp::TimeSource and rclcpp::Clock)
[ ] Print preprocess, inference and postprocess latency values in terminal (RCLCPP_INFO) (rolling average over 5 second intervals)
[ ] Add the ability to save recorded metric data to a logging file, add model and architecture/topic metadata to keep track of them
