Find grib file for a hurricane for use in testing #41

Would be great to see what our pathfinding would have done before, during, and after a hurricane

Find some real data (eg. grib file) then copy the data into a csv for testing.

No grib files found so far, but found some random weather data.

From these, looks like peak storm wind levels are about 70mph => 60 knots => 112kmph, so that is a good sense of the magnitude.
