Add install_output.txt as a reference #274

This text file contains the output from running the following command: time sudo ./ompl_install_instructions.bash --sudo | tee output.txt This output should be used as a reference for others who are using this installation script to debug installation issues. This took about 9 hours and 20 minutes on a Dell XPS 15 7590.
