Remove excluded upwind/downwind angles?

Purpose

Check if excluding range of angles for upwind/downwind sailing is necessary. Its possible that the speed objective will prevent upwind/downwind sailing for free. This is because:

• If the boat is too close to irons, the speed will be really low (or zero)
• If the speed is 0 for some segment, the path will take infinitely long to complete
• So the speed objective cost would be really high, and any path without upwind sailing would beat it.

Note: Work on this issue can only be started after:

• Justin's interpolation function is merged in
• Speed objective is complete
• We can visualize paths on the website

Changes

• May remove the function for excluding paths that have a segment within a certain range of straight upwind/downwind sailing

I believe we should first keep all the objectives in and build a proper testing process as suggested by Asvin. Then we can determine what we can adjust or remove to fine-tune and configure the optimization objectives.
