Assess if all of the information we send in a single message from Polaris to the landserver is under the 370 byte limit for the rockblock 9603
Description
We need to make a decision whether or not to implement the splitting up of data in each message we send from the local transceiver to the land server. Ideally we would trim fat and send messages that are under the limit so we don't need to implement a wrapper around it.
