Create external-facing software documentation

Purpose

Give a high-level overview of how our software works for other teams or third parties (convention, sponsors, new members) in a Google Doc. Create as part of the new project planning process, to summarize what we will be implementing

Contents

• block diagrams using draw.io
• achievements and features
• specification and conventions (e.g. units, heading convention)
