Getting the annotations not to overlap when on mobile/the one of the responses on the top bars is very small is difficult

Instead of inserting the net favorability as a text annotation, It's now an invisible trace sized as if it were a response worth 0.10 and tacked on after the rest of the graph has been drawn. Here's what it looks like zoomed in a bunch:
