Changing Plan Explorer selections doesn't change results #89

Changing either the top-level plan or the household selections doesn't change the total metrics (e.g. poverty) or the per-household charts. Also the "FUNDED BY" text box at the top isn't showing anything.

Adding a second page to the Data Studio dashboard resolved this. Seemed like it just needed to be jolted back to life. It still works now after deleting the second page.
