update gc-version #14

Updated Garbage Collector (gc) from version 7.2 to 7.6.12, due to problems documented here: https://support.bioconductor.org/p/132420/

Tested only on Linux Platform only: gcc (Ubuntu 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04) 9.3.0
