Tex reformat #10

@aakash1104 can you take a look at these changes? I tried to standardize the formatting a bit, or at least pull similar things (definitions, lists, etc.) into custom environments so we can modify the formatting all at once if necessary. Also tried to make the TeX a bit more readable (IMO), but that may have screwed up the formatting in some areas. I also may have switched some \Leftrightarrows with \iffs or \leftrightarrows accidentally/in the wrong places, so if you see any of those feel free to tag it and I'll fix them!

@matthewsot I can't seem to spot any \iffs in the wrong places. The formatting seems fine and I hope I haven't overlooked any errors. I think everything looks good. If you want to double check one more time and let me know, I can go ahead and merge the PR.
