add option to export to cadnano with no whitespace #211

Some tools (e.g., CanDo) expect cadnano files to have no whitespace, so give an option to export with no whitespace.

Oops, I forgot we had an issue for this already when I opened #228. Closing this as duplicate since I already reference the other issue in PRs and commits.
