Fixes batch delete/set labels and names for domains and strands.
Description
BatchActionto group together set labels/name.get_selected_domainsfunction that returns aBuiltSet<Domain>set, so setting domain names still work if user selects with domain toolset_substrand_namestoset_domain_names.
