Currently, the only way to run scadnano locally is to set up all the developer tools needed as described in the CONTRIBUTING document, e.g., installing Dart version 2.13, etc.

Make an easier way to run scadnano locally, e.g., some primitive local web server that is bundled with the compiled Javascript.
