Wip 11 TSNE Analysis #13

Description

Performed TSNE analysis on the watershed masks, and threshold masks. Results showed that they were relatively inseparable.

Changes

[x] Added code to run tsne analysis both 3d and 2d, just few lines to change to alternate between the two
[x] Added new normalize watershed function augmentations
[x] Added in BPS_DATASET and BPS_DATAMODULE functionality to get mask or images

This does not close any issues as of yet, but is necessary so we know what sort of segmentation mask to create next (supervised vs unsupervised)
