The citation for the paper in the assignment is Predicting elections survey, Wang, Rothschild, Goel, and Gelman (2015). The only paper I could find was Forecasting elections with non-representative polls, Wang, W., et al. (2014). All four authors are the same and the content seems to be match the Assignment 4 questions, so I assume this is the paper we should be reading, but I just wanted to double-check.
