[song-directory-transpose] should discover the key, and use flats/sharps accordingly #18

At #7 we enabled setting the key so flats and all sharps can be set accordingly.

Ideally, we'd be able to discover the key and pass it to [song-directory-transpose.py], which currently uses the C# scale to force all sharps.
