Parse file names to extract song names and generate an additional song index (index is currently sorted by artist).

Deleting branch that used multind.sty (used to be part of texlive-latex-extra), gone since 2014:

no license statement, thus it was removed from TeX Live 2014-04-06
deprecated latex 209, even CTAN does not hold references to it anymore Must look for alternatives.
