• types of editing: -- static: aligned and misaligned, dependent on motion, dependent on sound -- dynamic: the FOV can be decided independently of the user's FOV in the previous scene
• bw conditions: unlimited | less than minimum -- determine the min and max rate requirements -- make sure the platform can effectively enforce the network conditions
• chunk duration: -- constant (what value?) -- variable: does it help to have it smaller at the beginning of a scene?

• document to expose and motivate each of the above choices

After our discussion on May 30, here is the material to think about editing. Anne-Marie produced a document after Romaric and I discussed with her: TestVR.pptx in the Owncloud folder. Below are the indications we shared last Wednesday (I don't translate):

On se concentrerait sur 2 classes de contenus pour restreindre les retours subjectifs des utilisateurs: visite d'endroit (pub hotel), et histoire.

Voici les quelques contenus qui peuvent être intéressants pour démarrer, en visite et série.

• Depuis le tel Samsung, lancer l'app "Samsung Gear" puis brancher le casque, ou depuis l'écran d'accueil elle doit se lancer automatiquement en branchant le casque.

• En haut a droite de l'écran, aller dans "More" puis "Samsung VR".

• De là dans "Featured", aller dans "Best of 3D VR" puis "Gone": c'est la série que j'ai regardée, dont je te parlais.

• Revenir à "Featured" et aller dans "Life VR" puis "The people's house": docu sur la Maison Blanche, ce que j'ai trouver de plus proche à une visite d'hotel (que je n'ai pas cherchée explicitement sur YT).
