Add endpoints to the registration

• To the personal info add Citizenship and add distinction to the INN length based on the citizenship (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan)
• Add the option of the guest
• Add Insurance Info field consisting of ( health_insurance_name (String), insurance_policy_ID (String), insurance_package/type (String))
• Add Medical Data filed consisting of (Blood type [8 options], do you wear glasses or contact lenses [Yes, No], Are you vaccinated [If yes, please list the vaccines you have received.(Array list)], Allergies(Array list), Medications [Yes, No], Other deceases {array list])
