Dear all,

Here is an update from Yasu:

several minor update in the DrawerHelperOk (base class for Drawing classes)
add a drawer class (based on DrawerHelperOk) and its test code,
update GenHistograms to use detector eta for binning,

The latest version of plots will be posted in the discussion of "submission status".
