RESEARCH: doppler stacking #26

Investigate correcting doppler domain correction so multiple observations can be stacked. Different deift rates require different roll so frequencies match up.

Also consider coincidence between masked pixels above threshold (A NOT B), or using RFI mask from OFF observations to blank pixels before hitsearch
