FBH5 support - write directly to FBH5 (.h5) without having to create a SIGPROC Filterbank file (.fil) first. This feature is triggered by the --fbh5/-j option which is off by default.
Fixes to ATA modifications.
Added a --debug/-z flag to the command line so that debug_callback can be set dynamically.
