Integrate Discord server invite #25

A lot of people don't know we have a Discord server for members. I'm proposing to integrate a small tool in Netsoc Admin that allows logged in users to get an invite link to the server.

@crnbrdrck also mentioned we should have a member count/online count. Might integrate this with the site too :P

We ideally should only need a single invite link that we can put somewhere on the page. For netsoc.co we could have the fancy widget as well, would be nice IMO

That opens the server to non-students joining though. Do we want that? As far as I can tell, Discord has an API for getting a one-time invite link which would work to combat that.

good point. i know we had/have some non students in the server already. Could tie in with Netsoc Bot to generate one-time links. That being said, we should discuss first whether or not we want to impose that restriction
