PCD output change #39

Currently the oni to pcd portion of the code outputs the pcd files to a ../pcdtemp folder. have it changed to be the path specified instead of one folder level deeper

pcd files are also being written to the build folder. if possible we should remove that. I thought we did at some point but maybe it came back with a bad merge or something.
