Unable to add test status type #10

Hi, Login credentials : http://182.50.154.124/health4all_v2_test user : admin/ abc123

Observation : When I was testing the module Services->Diagnostics->Add->Test status type, I was unable to add a record, as a database error occured on the screen. Attached snapshots for your reference. Thank you. 1 2
