Unable to understand the purpose of 'Add' button in Add test name #12

Hi, Login credentials : http://182.50.154.124/health4all_v2_test User : admin/ abc123

Observation : When tried to test the module Add test name via Services->Diagnostics->Add->Add test name, there is a button 'Add' on that page. Kindly confirm the purpose of this button. Please find below attached snapshot for the same.
