Unable to add area #18

Hi, Login credentials : http://182.50.154.124/health4all_v2_test User : admin/ abc123

Observation : When tried to test the Services->Sanitation->Add->Add area, I am not able to add a new area as it throws a page not found error. Please find below attached snapshots for the procedure followed.
