Consumables issue #29

Hi, Login credentials : http://182.50.154.124/health4all_v2_test User : admin/ abc123

Observation : When clicked on Consumables through Resources->Consumables, it displays an error page directly. I have attached a snapshot for the error that immediately appears after clicking Consumables.
