Reports - in detailed IP report #58

make change in the following report health4all_v2/reports/ip_detail

  1. Change Place label to Address/Place and display both address and place in the same column
  2. Add unit column after department column
  3. Add MLC column after unit column. Display MLC number where applicable, else show blank
  4. Add Serial Number Column as the first column
