Report Name: Culture and Sensitivity report
(Place this report menu in Diagnostics Vertical NavBar and remove from main reports menu, so that accesss to this report is only available to MicroBiology Department users)
Columns for the repot:
S No
Organisms which have been isolated (Label: Organism)
Number of times the organism has been isolated (Label: Count of Isolates)
% of Number of times the organism has been isolated (Label: Count of Isolates)
With the penultimate row giving total number of tests for which organisms have been isolated.
And the last row giving the total of culture tests done
(Check: Orgasims row totals<= Penultimate row total, Penultimate row total <= Last row total)
Provide the following selection filters to generate the report
-From date, To Date
-IP/OP
-Specimen Type
-Age group (discuss)
Provide Sort option by Oranism(Alphabetic) or by Count of Isolates(Descending)
Provide graphical display(horizontal bars) of the Organisms isolated with their count.
Have a last column with Label: 'Sentivity report' with Check Boxes in each row
User should have an option to select all or specific organisms, and click on a 'Sensitivity Report' button at the bottom of the report, to be taken to the detailed 'Sensitivity Report' page
