Remove individual collections from dropdown and replace with collections options #223

We are either at or nearing the max number of items I'd like to see in the dropdown list. The DAMS dropdown should max out at 10-15 items (whatever group consensus is in that range). Once we reach that number of collections, individual collections should disappear from the browse list and be replaced with a "Collections" option (so the Browse dropdown options will be: All Items, Collections)

A sortable Collections view would probably be beneficial at this stage. I will need to design one.

Having a proper Collections view opens up the possibility for us to start thinking about if we want to do anything special with arranging the collections on the front page (like having featured collections or highlighting most recent digitized collections or sorting by topic: eg wine, etc.) -- this is bigger conversation that can happen separately from other parts of this issue.

I would say it should max out closer to 10. Also, I like your idea of exploring other options for arranging collections on the front page.
