Create watercolor backed icon button. @wrenaria will provide sample watercolor image(s). Add to component page

Things to consider:

screen density
screen size

Some of these are not final form/refined, but good enough to experiment with.

@spelkey-ucd currently there is no way to set the dams-watercolor-overlay height or width, only the icon size. Let me know if you want to tackle here our open new issue.
