Hide Link Label field for email and phone on contact block

The directory needs to be able to display non-linked text next to contact entries for Departments, in particular email and phone.

For example:

Since the parenthetical isn't part of the email, it should display more like this example from Services:

I see that Services has the "Additional Text (optional)" that permits this, but Departments does not.

In addition, the "Link Label (optional)" that overwrites the email or phone displayed is entirely unnecessary. We will never display a phone number or email in any format other than the actual phone number or email for this type of field.

I enabled the parenthetical text feature for departments. however, hiding the label field is a bit more involved and will probably have to wait until after launch.

Thank you! The extraneous fields are not a huge problem if it's a pain to fix, even post launch. Not a lot of time will spent editing this info generally. Better to spend your time on other things.
