Custom image for watercolor backgrounds #99

I have questions about this before I provide images files, but adding as an issue so I don't forget to ask Steve about it when he is back.

Good news, @spelkey-ucd. I figured out some single watercolor image layouts that will look okay at any scale using cover fill, so no need for complex CSS for my previous idea of using two images.

They are designed so you can display them at 100% opacity. I exported a png (to support transparency over a color fill), webp (more compressed support for transparency) and a jpg with the background color included (smaller file size). Use whatever file type you think works best / compress further if needed.
