List view template was modified

Enhancements:

Styles were moved from "Dashboard.scss" to "base.scss" so we can use them in more places. Then Dashboard.scss removed.

In the list view:

• Small cards were added at the top.
• The table got a new look with some custom design.
• Everything now adjusts to different screens.
• Added "Career Path" field to the table.
