• Removed month and year archives as supported views when using this theme; requests for these types of archives will redirect back to the homepage
• Improved how header title text is determined: we now set the site title as a fallback in situations we can't predict a value for
• Made the default index.php view slightly less ugly/more readable

Should resolve #5.
